The Instruments Loan Programs

Seven programs to provide Instruments loan to beginners up to recording artists located or visiting the UAE.

Music Art Initiation

*TELLOR Award Eligible

For whom: Beginners.
Range access: Bronze Instruments.
Loan duration: 1 month.
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Conditions:
A. Loan request form validated by the foundation.
B. Learn 1 song per week and video record it.

Future Music Star
(GEMS Students)

*TELLOR Award Eligible

For whom: Beginners or students.
Range access: Bronze Instruments
Loan duration: 3 months.
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Conditions:
A. Loan request form validated by the GEMS musical head teacher and by the foundation.
B. Learn 1 song per week video recorded
C. Play a set of at least 3 songs live at GEMS once per month.
D. Extension up to 3 more months upon the GEMS musical head teacher's validation.

Young Rock Star

*TELLOR Award Eligible

For whom: Musical Students.
Range access: Silver & Gold.
Loan duration: 1 month.
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Conditions:
A. Loan request form validated by the foundation.
B. Selection of a set of at least 5 songs selected with the TELLOR Foundation.
C. Weekly rehearsals and one live show/gig video recorded.

Amateur Music Star

*TELLOR Award Eligible

For whom: Amateur Musicians.
Range access: Silver & Gold.
Loan duration: 1 week to 1 month.
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Conditions:
A. Loan request form validated by the foundation.
B. Weekly rehearsal and at least one live show/gig video recorded during the loan.
C. Presence of TELLOR Foundation members possible during the recording sessions, rehearsals and/or concerts.

TELLOR Award

Once per Year, the TELLOR Foundation and its Partners are gathering to review the videos of songs and live performances produced by the loan beneficiaries. The categories are set to motivate everyone and to distinguish their talents.

Recording Artists

For whom: Professional Musicians.
Range access: All (Silver, Gold & Platinum).
Loan duration: 1 week to 1 month.
Location: Dubai, UAE, or Paris, FRANCE.
Conditions:
A. Loan request form validated by the foundation.
B. Recording program.
C. Photo, video, and record copy with mention of the TELLOR Foundation's instrument reference loan.
D. Presence of TELLOR Foundation members possible during the recording session.

Touring Artists

For whom: Professional Musicians.
Range access: All (Silver, Gold & Platinum).
Loan duration: 1 week to 1 month.
Location: UAE..
Conditions:
A. Loan request form validated by the foundation.
B. Tour/Concerts program.
C. Photo, video, record copy and Concert/Tour Program with mention of the TELLOR Foundation's instrument reference loan.
D. Presence of TELLOR Foundation members possible during the rehearsals/concerts.

Arts Exhibitions

For whom: Events, Exhibitions and Museums
Range access: Gold & Platinum
Loan duration: 1 week to 1 month
Location: UAE or France
Conditions:
A. Loan request form validated by the foundation.
B. Event's Program.
C. Photo with mention of the TELLOR Foundation's instrument reference loan.
D. Instruments during such loan shall not be played but only exhibited.

LOAN ACCESS

The TELLOR Foundation is providing its instruments free of any rental fees to match with its charity goals and status.
However, a certain number of conditions are required to be eligible as well as to be granted a loan.

Gigs & Concert program

Recording program

All Loans: From 12 years old to 18 years old in France, 21 y.o. in UAE, with parental authorization and supervision, till 99 years old.

Loans 1-4 & 7: Within UAE boarders or Metropolitan France and Corsica,

Loans 5 & 6: Anywhere in the world, as long as the recording or touring program is located in UAE or in Metropolitan France.

Loan 2: Being registered and attending a GEMS school in UAE during the full duration of the loan.

Loan 3,4 & 6: Disclosing the place and dates of the live shows scheduled with the instrument loaned.

Loan 5, as well as 6 if recorded: Disclosing the place and dates of the recording sessions scheduled with the instrument loaned.

Loan Conditions

Contractual commitments for Loan Requesters and Loan Beneficiaries to be signed in the Loan Agreement upon validation of the Loan Request:

  1. Conditions of lease/Loan access

  2. Conditions of handover

  3. Conditions of usage

  4. Conditions of storage

  5. Conditions of transportation

  6. Conditions of maintenance and repairs

  7. Conditions of insurance

  8. Loan Breach Incident and Instrument Accident, report and process.

  9. TELLOR Awards participation

  10. Right to image and data protection

  11. Protection of Partnerships

  12. Specific conditions for requesters from GEMS Al Khail School ; if the loan Requester is applying to such loan.

  13. Specific conditions for requesters recommended by GIBSON BRANDS™ ; if the loan Requester is applying to such loan.
